Carol is a professionally qualified Psychotherapist and Creative Art Therapist and is a fully accredited member M14570) of the IACP (Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy).
She has a BA Hons Degree in Integrative Counselling and Art Therapy.
Carol provides individual therapy sessions both in English and French. As a Person-Centered Psychotherapist and Art Psychotherapist, she uses the power of creativity and expression to assist those who may be feeling vulnerable or struggling with the many difficulties that life can bring about.
Carol believes that working with the head, hands, and heart can enable a client to explore and unravel things at their own pace.Carol does not consider herself an expert in the client’s life but she can provide a safe non-judgmental space for them to achieve that role themselves.
Carol can support adults in a gentle and flexible way through individual face-to-face or online sessions. She provides creative therapy or talk therapy sessions.
