About me:

Bianca holds a BSc of Science (Hons) Degree in Counselling & Psychotherapy from PCI College, Dublin; Diploma in Traumatology and PTSD and she is a fully accredited member of IACP.

Bianca works from a Humanistic – Integrative perspective drawing from various theoretical models including: Person-centred, CBT, Psychodynamic, Mindfulness, Psychosomatic and Gestalt.
This allows her to create a tailored approach to the unique needs of each client and build an understanding of the individual as a whole. Bianca believes that the therapeutic relationship developed in a compassionate, safe, and non-judgmental space, is a vehicle for growth and healing.

Bianca has a keen interest in working with the body therapeutically, as she believes that often the body speaks the mind.

She works individually with adults and provides counselling services in both English and Romanian. She is available for short-term solution focused work as well as long-term work.
