About me:
Alison qualified with the Gestalt Institute of Ireland in 2016 and holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Gestalt Psychotherapy. She is fully accredited with the Irish Association of Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy (IAHIP) and adheres to their Code of Ethics.
Alison is qualified by experience in mindfulness, having had a practice from a young age. This practice supports her to be non-judgmental, open and able to meet and support clients as they are. Alison has been seeing clients since 2014 and has supported clients to find their own answers and ways forward in a wide array of situations with respect, depth and sensitivity. She appreciates the courage it can take to realise extra support is needed and to reach out for it.
