Ciaran is a psychotherapist who works with adults seeking greater wellbeing, self-understanding, and meaningful change in their lives. He takes a compassionate, integrative approach, drawing on cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, attachment theory, trauma-informed body-based approaches, solution-focused techniques, and inner child work. Trained in logotherapy, Ciaran also helps clients explore questions of meaning, purpose, and identity.

Ciaran believes that lasting change comes from understanding not only our thoughts, but also our emotions, relationships, and the deeper patterns that shape our lives. He provides a supportive, non-judgemental space where clients can explore current challenges, process difficult experiences, and develop greater resilience, self-awareness, and confidence.

While Ciaran works with adults from all backgrounds, he has a particular interest in supporting men who want to better understand themselves, improve their relationships, manage stress and emotions more effectively, and build a life that feels purposeful and fulfilling.

Ciaran offers individual counselling and psychotherapy for a wide range of concerns, including:

• Anxiety and stress
• Depression and low mood
• Relationship difficulties
• Anger and emotional regulation
• Self-esteem and confidence
• Men's issues
• Meaning and purpose in life
• Personal development and self-growth
• Bereavement and loss
• Childhood trauma and attachment issues
• Trauma recovery
• Existential concerns
