Sinead completed an MSc in Integrative and Humanistic Psychotherapy in 2015.

She follows a holistic approach to therapy and wellbeing and uses a variety of approaches (analytical, cognitive, person centered) with emphasis on the importance of the therapeutic relationship.

Sinead has experience in working with adults from many different backgrounds and specialises in providing individual therapy- short term and long term work.

She has experience in working with clients on a wide variety of mental health difficulties, including:
