Stephen Watkins has a Masters in CBT – Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and graduated from the Waterford Institute of Technology with a Psychology Degree (Hons). In his professional work, Stephen uses an eclectic approach with a CBT base, believing that as no two people or issues are the same, so therapy should be tailored to the individual. He works with individuals on a one-to-one and group basis providing a safe environment for the client to explore and express their thoughts and feelings.
