BA (Hons) in Psychology, MA in Drama Therapy.

Paolo has been working in both public settings (mental health, forensic mental health, schools, special needs) and private settings (children, adolescents and adults) for the past several years. In therapy, Paolo sees both neurodivergent and non-neurodivergent individuals, supporting them with but not exclusively, stress & anxiety, low self-esteem/confidence, low mood, personal development, emotional regulation, trauma, challenging life transitions.

Paolo offers a safe, non-judgmental space, bringing openness, acceptance and empathy, focusing on building a strong therapeutic relationship with his clients. He uses an integrated approach to therapy, which may include creative activities, CBT, somatic exercises, mindfulness to support people learning more about themselves and navigating the difficulties they are going through.
