MyMind Local enables individuals in the community, experiencing mild-to-moderate mental health difficulties, to have direct and affordable access to on-site counselling and psychotherapeutic support.
By addressing waiting lists and access barriers to mental health services at primary care level, we are working towards giving every person in Ireland easy access to affordable mental health support early, directly, without stigma or delay.

The Galway Urban Wellbeing Unit 1 is located across the road from the Travelodge Hotel.
Upon entering the building, take the stairs up to the first floor. Go through the first door on your right, which will lead you into a lobby. Continue straight ahead, and you will find the MyMind office in Room 1.
