MyMind Local enables individuals in the community, experiencing mild-to-moderate mental health difficulties, to have direct and affordable access to on-site counselling and psychotherapeutic support.
By addressing waiting lists and access barriers to mental health services at primary care level, we are working towards giving every person in Ireland easy access to affordable mental health support early, directly, without stigma or delay.

Finding Us
MyMind Athlone is located at The Work Space Hub, near the top of Pearse Street. It’s just a few doors up from the Left Bank Mall, and opposite Naylor’s Pharmacy. Look out for a navy blue door - This is the main entrance.
We're located in Room 6, inside a shared professional building with other businesses. There’s a comfortable waiting area inside where you can sit ahead of your session.
Parking Info
There are two parking options nearby:
· Behind the building: A large paid car park. Please note that clamping is enforced, so be sure to pay using coins or the designated parking app.
· On-street parking: Available directly outside the office for up to 2 hours between 8:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. Monday to Saturday. Free after 6:30 p.m. and all day Sunday.
When You Arrive
The main entrance door will be locked. Please ring the bell, and your therapist will come to let you in.
We kindly ask that you arrive no more than 10 minutes early, as your therapist may still be with a client. You’re welcome to wait in the shared waiting area until your appointment begins.
