Yes, MyMind offers affordable mental health services with fees lower than most private practices. Our pricing is based on a sliding scale, with discounted rates available for full-time students, unemployed individuals, and those earning under €25,000 per year. For a full breakdown of fees, please visit our services and pricing page.

Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your appointment at no cost if you do so more than 24 hours in advance.

· Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a €20 administration fee.

· Cancellations within 2 hours or failure to attend will be considered a ‘no show’, and you will be charged the full session fee.

Please cancel your appointment through your appointments tab in your dashboard once you are signed in here, or feel free to call the office for assistance.

We recommend booking an initial consultation first. Your therapist will discuss your needs and goals with you, and together, you can determine the best plan moving forward.

· Standard sessions: 50 minutes

· Extended sessions: 100 minutes

We offer in-person sessions at our centres in Dublin, Cork, and Limerick, as well as online video sessions for those who cannot attend in person. Appointments can be scheduled through our booking system.

Our goal is to provide appointments within a few days of your initial contact. MyMind operates without waiting lists to ensure early intervention in your mental health journey.

If there is an unpaid appointment on your account, after 72 hours our system will automatically cancel any upcoming bookings until the outstanding balance is settled.

Please contact our office, and we’ll be happy to help reinstate your appointments once payment has been processed.

Yes, you can access your invoices by logging into your account and selecting ‘My Payments’ to view available invoices.

Our services are available six days a week:

· Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 22:00

· Saturday: 09:00 – 18:00
