About me:

Viktorija is a pre-accredited humanistic and integrative psychotherapist who holds a Master's degree in Psychotherapy and a Bachelor's in Psychology. Her work is guided by the ethical guidelines of IAHIP.

Viktorija sees the relationship between the client and the therapist as an essential part of her work and aims to create a collaborative, safe and non-judgmental environment that allows clients to develop insight into the issues they are struggling with, personal growth and healing.

Viktorija has a passion for understanding human motivation, relationships and how people deal with life’s challenges. She works with a wide range of issues, including depression, trauma, anxiety,
addiction, grief, self-esteem and relationships with a particular specialisation in postpartum depression, mother-infant attachment and intergenerational trauma.

Viktorija applies a brief therapy model with clients to help them find a solution to their problems by focusing on empathic, positive working alliance and clients’ resources and strengths. On the other hand, longer-term therapy is considered for those clients who wish to gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships with others.
