About me:

Sarah holds a BA(hons) with Psychology from UCC and an MA in Counselling & Psychotherapy with the Irish College of Applied Humanities and Sciences (ICHAS).

Sarah’s approach to counselling is Integrative so that the style of therapy used is formulated specifically to suit each client's individual needs. She first aims to make the client feel comfortable and secure so that together they can begin to build a strong working alliance which is an integral component to a successful therapeutic experience. Sarah offers a confidential, judgement free space where clients can begin to firstly identify their issues and then work through them with Sarah's support.

Sarah is available for both short and long term work with clients and works on a one-to-one basis. She maintains a high standard of therapeutic practice by regularly attending supervision and working within her accrediting bodies ethical framework.
