Ruth is a Counsellor and Psychotherapist, with a BSc Hons in Counselling and Psychotherapy, who provides a safe, confidential and non-judgmental space for her clients. She works to build a collaborative therapeutic relationship that is guided by the client’s needs in the journey towards healing, empowerment and growth.
She is committed to offering an accessible professional counselling service, regardless of financial means or other cultural factors. She works in accordance with the principles of humanistic integrative therapy.
Ruth is a Pre-Accredited Member of the Irish Association for Counselling and abides by their framework of codes and ethics, including those of respect, competence, responsibility, and integrity.
