About me:

Lesley has successfully completed an (Honours) degree in Counselling & Psychotherapy from Munster Technological University and is an accredited member of IACP (Irish Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy). She is training as a Sexual Violence Specialist with Rape Crisis Network Ireland.

Lesley enjoys working with a Person-Centred approach, while drawing from several different modalities including gestalt, attachment theory, family systems, transactional analysis, attachment and developmental theories.

Lesley offers a supportive space of warmth and non-judgemental listening to help untangle the discomfort you are experiencing. She believes that it is through the therapeutic relationship and connection with another, that an individual is given the opportunity to make sense of their experiences.

Lesley believes you have the capacity and strength to resolve your issues with the right supports in place. She is interested in supporting you on your journey, with the aim of encouraging and empowering you to manage feelings in everyday life, and to develop healthy ways of coping and having meaningful relationships with others.
