Do you run around at lunchtime trying to find that magic food or caffeine that will give you the boost of energy you so need to get you through the afternoon?

Maybe, what you really need is a rest!

MyMind and YogaLife Limerick have teamed up to bring you Wellness Wednesday!

Join us for an informal and enjoyable mindful relaxation session on Wednesday the 1st of March at MyMind Limerick with yoga instructor and trainee psychotherapist Maggie May O’Callaghan.

This 20 minute session will include rejuvenating breathing techniques that will have you full of energy for the rest of your day.

There are many immediate benefits of relaxation techniques such as stress relief, decreased anxiety, improved posture and more mindful eating. Such a small exchange of time for such a huge increase in wellness!

If you are coming along, feel free to bring your lunch so that you can chill out and have a chat afterwards. Make the most of your lunchtime – Relax, Restore, Rejuvenate.
