Zoe has been working with individual clients since 2016 and joined the MyMind team in 2018. Through her work Zoe encourages the individual to hold a curiosity about themselves. No matter how a person feels or what juncture in life a person may be at, the uniqueness of the therapeutic relationship allows for a different possibilities.
Zoe believes the therapeutic relationship is a transformative relationship that provides a safe space where individual needs, expectations and life experiences can be explored and held.
