Ursula has worked in the field of addiction since 2016 and has extensive experience working with clients who have experienced trauma. Dependent on the needs of the client, and in a person-centred way, Ursula draws on a variety of therapeutic frameworks which include psychodynamic therapy, compassion and mindfulness techniques, motivation interviewing, harm reduction and/or relapse prevention skills.

Ursula believes given the right environment and a trusting relationship, a therapist can provide a safe space for a client to explore their world, increase self-awareness and develop a healthier psychological, emotional and physical lifestyle.
