Sheena is currently working towards an MA in Counselling and Psychotherapy with The Irish College of Humanities and Applied Science (ICHAS) and is a student Member of Association of professional Counsellors and Psychotherapists (APCP) in Ireland and adhere to the code of ethics.

Sheena is an Integrative Psychosomatic Therapist with interests in sexuality, trauma, and relationships. Her learning is comprised of educational, professional, and lived experiences which supports her empathetic approach towards trauma informed practice in building relationship alliances co-formed throughout the therapeutic process.
Offering an integrative holistic approach to mental and physical well-being allows Sheena to tailor her approach to each client’s unique curiosity. She is a qualified Mental Health & Wellbeing Coach and Somatic Sex Educator with experience in working with addiction, families, and communities since 2010. She engages in regular one to one supervision and personal development.
Available for short- and long-term therapy with adults who see the value in committing to self-transformation and addressing the beliefs and learned behaviours that no longer serve them.
