Sarah’s approach to therapy is humanistic and integrative. Sarah provides a
safe, inviting and non-judgmental space in order to formulate and
continuously build upon a positive therapeutic relationship. Sarah works
collaboratively and compassionately with her clients to empower them to
clarify their issues, gain perspective and to consider and implement choices
based off their values and goals. Sarah does this through the integration of a
range of techniques including; person centred therapy, Cognitive Behavioural
