About me:

Sarah Edmonds achieved her primary degree in French and Spanish and spent time working in South America with abused and abandoned children before attaining her Higher Diploma in Counselling & Psychotherapy. Sarah has completed her Masters in Psychotherapy from DBS. Sarah’s training and theoretical background is in humanistic and integrative psychotherapy. She aims to create a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space where she works with her clients to help them develop greater understanding of their lives and any difficulties they are facing. She integrates many different approaches depending on each client’s specific requirements and facilitates all clients to develop clarity so that they may live with greater meaning, awareness and peace of mind.
