About me:

Patrick Fitzgerald is a passionate and active member of the mental health scene in Limerick, bringing enthusiasm and determination to his numerous projects to date which include working with schools, Gardaí, family resource centres, colleges and other mental health organisations. He has a BA (Hons) degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy from ICHAS in Limerick.

Patrick has spoken at many events throughout Ireland and firmly believes that the knowledge base of mental health as well as what services organisations offer needs to be increased both locally and on a national level.

Therapy should be readily accessible by everyone from all walks of life. Patrick works drawing from two aspects being mindfulness and CBT. The mindfulness is used to raise awareness of the different emotions and behaviors with the CBT used to support and work with clients towards collaborative goals in life.
