Patricia works within an integrative framework believing that to understand the human experience and
how each individual responds to life's issues more than one theoretical model is required. In collaboration
with the client, Patricia uses a blended approach to therapy where the client's needs and requirements
direct the approaches used. Providing a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space for the client is the
foundation of Patricia’s therapeutic work. Patricia offers short term solution-focused therapy or longer in-depth therapy.
