Nicole is currently completing her MA in CBT and also holds a BSc in General Nursing (Hons) from the University of Limerick. Having worked in healthcare since 2015 Nicole has experience with a diverse range of clients and recognises that various aspects of life impact on mental health.
Nicole aims to create a safe, non-judgemental space to support her clients so that they can comfortably discuss and explore their needs.
Nicole's main psychotherapeutic approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She believes that with the right help and support, people have the ability to change their perceptions and develop coping strategies for challenges in their life. Nicole also holds a practitioners certificate in meditation and likes to incorporate elements of mindfulness and meditation into her practice.
Nicole is a student member of NAPCP and abides by their code of ethics. She is available to work with individuals for short term solution-focused work as well as long term if required.
Nicole believes that every client should be treated in a holistic way and ensures that sessions are tailored to meet individual needs, providing the best environment for the client to develop insight and personal growth.
