About me:

Naomi is a fully qualified psychotherapist and pre-accredited member of the Irish Association for Counsellors & Psychotherapists. She has trained from an integrative humanistic approach meaning she works from a flexible perspective, informed by what may be useful and helpful to the individual. These approaches include C.B.T, Psychodynamic, and body-oriented approaches.

She believes that the ability to heal is already within the individual and that with the help of a supportive and non-judgmental environment, the individual can access these resources. She also believes that the mind and body are closely connected and that often the body may communicate more about the state of mind than it is credited with. She further believes that it is within relationships that we learn about ourselves and can change.

Naomi offers a safe and confidential space, where she will listen and try to understand the experiences of the client. she will work in alliance with the client to explore the thoughts and feelings that are expressed in the space and seek to discover new ways to function and thrive in the world when past behaviors cease to work.
