Martyna is a psychologist, psychotherapist in training and therapist of hand and fine motor disorders (1st and 2nd degree). She graduated in ethnology and psychology.
She is trained in systematic psychotherapy: individual and family in The Wielkopolska Systemic Therapy Association and basic training in psychotraumatology in “Triada” The Psychotherapy and Psychotraumatology Institute in Gdańsk. She is also a member of The Wielkopolska Systemic Therapy Association.
In her work she uses a many different techniques, especially psychotramatology, systemic psychotherapy and elements from the humanistic approach.
Martyna is available for a short and long term and solution-focused work depends what the client needs.
Martyna is able to work with individuals over the age of 18 providing individual as well as couples sessions and with child from 5 years old. She also provides therapy in Polish and English.
In addition she has holistic experience in working with various types of patients including adults with intellectual disabilities, the long – term unemployed or indeed family groups. She gained that experiences while working in very diverse institutions like NGOs, hospitals and counselling services.
In her role she creates a “safe space” for her clients, because an acceptance and understanding of every individual is a key for good communication with others.
Martyna believes that everybody has their own answer, but sometimes need help bringing them to the fore.
