She is a Student Member of the IACP (Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) and adheres to their Code of Ethics.
Mairéad believes every person is unique and that building a genuine, empathetic therapeutic relationship between client and therapist is the most important agents for change. She believes people have a capacity to improve the quality of their lives and she is dedicated to facilitating this process by working in the here and now through a relational approach. She offers a space for clients to explore the challenges that they bring into therapy through safe, supportive and confidential dialogue.
Mairéad is available for both short and long-term work with adult clients and works on a one-to-one basis.
