About me:

Lynda completed her BA Hons in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy with IICP college and is a pre-accredited member of IACP and adheres to their code of ethics and practice.

As an Integrative therapist, Lynda endeavours to adapt her approach to suit her client’s individual needs, preferences and goals for therapy. The core of her approach is a combination of Person-centred/Humanistic and Reality therapy. Her approach is rooted in empathy, understanding and compassion for the whole person, mind, body and spirit.
Clients experience an environment of safety and confidentiality, where they can explore their life experience and challenges that are distressing them with acceptance, non-judgement and respect.

Lynda values the creation of a genuine therapeutic relationship that provides a foundation where the client can feel heard, safe and secure, and find new meaning as they move towards potential growth and change.
