About me:

Lisa is currently completing her master’s in Counselling and Psychotherapy at the Irish College of Humanities and Applied Sciences (ICHAS).

Lisa has a extensive experience working with young people and adults from all background’s through her work as a Counsellor and Psychotherapists with the Dundalk Simon Community and at the Magnet service in Dundalk. At both services she uses an integrative approach and elements such as CBT, Person Centred therapy, tailoring the therapy process to suit the individual needs of the client.

Lisa works on an individual basis and believes that keeping the client at the center of the therapeutic process is vital in helping to encourage self-awareness and personal growth. Lisa is very passionate about her client’s needs and tailors her sessions based on those needs.

Lisa has also completed trainings in suicide intervention and child protection and is available to work with adult clients for individual therapy.
