About me:

Lauren is currently studying a M.A in Counselling and Psychotherapy with ICHAS. She already holds a B.Sc in Social Science and a Diploma in CBT through Mindfulness.

Lauren is a person centered therapist that believes that giving the client a safe space will support the client in growth and development. Using an integrative approach will allow the client to explore their issues in a confidential, non-judgment, strength and solution focused environment.

Keeping the client at the center of the therapeutic process, Lauren works at a pace that suits the client, both long term and short term engagement. She uses appropriate methods and interventions to support the client to self-fulfillment and to attain their desired goals.

She has a background in working across all age profiles and social-economical circumstances. Available to work with clients over 18 years.
