Kristina has successfully completed an honours degree in integrative counselling and psychotherapy with the Institute of Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy (IICP). Kristina has a natural passion for care and understanding of others which contributed to bringing her to the field of psychotherapy. Kristina sees the relationship between herself and her client as of high importance in the client's healing process. Kristina also has gained experience in working with trauma in a trauma-informed residential setting which has contributed to her skills in working with clients that have experienced trauma.
Kristina can speak fluently in English, Lithuanian and Russian. She offers individual counselling and psychotherapy with clients wishing to explore a wide range of issues, struggles and life challenges. These may be loss, trauma, co-dependency, addiction, coping skills, depression, anxiety, family conflicts, life transitions, anger issues, panic attacks, parenting and relationship issues, low self-esteem, mistrust, insomnia, stress, coping with long-term illness, guilt, loss of sense of identity and purpose in life and other problems.
Integrative studies have equipped her to use different techniques and tailor the approach to suit the client's needs.
