About me:

Kristin has obtained her doctorate in Cognitive Psychology from the University of Canterbury in New Zealand, 2017. She is currently completing her MA in Counselling and Psychotherapy in ICHAS, Limerick and is a Graduate Member of the Psychological Society of Ireland.

Kristin has also completed a postgraduate diploma in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and relevant certificates in Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Informed Practice, Hypnotherapy, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and Jungian Archetypes.

Kristin is available for both short-term (solution focused) and long-term (depth) work with adult individuals. She provides therapy in English.
