Karen has a degree in psychology, and a Degree in Counselling & Psychotherapy from CIT. She is pre accredited IACP member. She is a trauma informed therapist. She is an intuitive eating trainer, Gottman couples counsellor, and family support therapist.
Karen uses a person-centred and integrated approach in her work, creating a safe, and trusting space for her clients to explore their difficulties. Being non-judgmental, empathic and present to her clients is her core value, supporting development of a strong therapeutic relationship with her clients. Karen uses bodywork and meditation to help clients on their healing journey.
