About me:

Karen holds a BSc (Honours) in Wellness and is currently completing her MA in Counselling and psychotherapy with the Irish College of Applied Humanities and Sciences (ICHAS). Karen is also completing a Certificate in CBT and has also completed a Certificate in counselling and psychotherapeutic skills and practice.

Karen uses as Integrative approach to psychotherapy so that the style of therapy used in specifically formulated depending on her clients needs.

In Karen’s work, she believes in creating a safe and warm environment for her clients. She offers a judgement free, confidential space for her clients to identify their issues and work through them with her support.

Karen works with adult individual client and is available for short term solution focused work, as well as long term work. She attends supervision with a qualified external supervisor to maintain a high standard of therapeutic practice.
