Karen believes in providing a Supportive space for clients to explore their issues. She uses a integrative approach where the client is central, and tailors the therapy to suit the clients needs. Karen has experience in short term goal focused therapy or longer, explorative, early-childhood therapy. Karen believes that when provided with a Supportive & Safe environment, clients are empowered to affect change in their own lives.
Karen's approach is Person Centred-with the client setting the pace, in a Supportive Relationship.
Karen incorporates Mindfulness/Somatic Mindfulness & Gestalt Techniques to assist the client in their self awareness.
