Jamie is a certified associate of IAHIP and abides by their Code of Ethics and Practice.

Jamie completed his training in Dublin Business School and holds a Higher Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy as well as a Masters in Psychotherapy. He also holds a BA in Economics and German from University College Dublin.

Jamie offers a person centred approach where the unique needs of the individual is the main focus of the work. His training in Humanistic-Integrative and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy allows for a combination of relevant theories and therapeutic approaches to suit the individual needs of the client. Jamie works in a manner that recognises the links between mind, emotions and body and provides a safe and confidential environment to allow for the exploration of the various parts of the individual which make the whole. This way of working helps to establish an awareness to how we relate to ourselves and to others.

- General Counselling
- Anxiety
- Depression
