About me:

Greta is currently undertaking the BA (Hons) Counselling and Psychotherapy at MTU and also holds a Higher Certificate in Counselling Skills (CIT), a Certificate in Counselling Skills (CIT), Children First cert (HSE) and Suicide Prevention cert (Living Works).

Greta's training in integrative psychotherapy allows her to draw on person-centred therapy, family systems therapy, transactional analysis, IFS, and gestalt, among others.
Each person seeking support in therapy is unique, with their own circumstances and challenges, therefore the appropriate therapy will differ in each case.

In her work with clients Greta aims to create a safe, supportive, and collaborative space where issues can be explored without judgement.
Greta currently offers sessions as a trainee psychotherapist and works with individual clients who are 18 years or older and is available for both for short-term, solution-focused, work and long-term support.
