Grazyna Sztandera has completed the Counselling and Psychotherapy BSC (Hons) diploma at PCI College. She is a fully accredited member of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. Grazyna works from a humanistic perspective. She also uses elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) with clients depending on their presenting issues. She tries to work out coping strategies and mechanisms for use in their lives. Grazyna gives her clients a safe, warm and non-judgmental environment for self-exploration.
