About me:

Graham holds a BSc Hons in Psychology from Edinburgh Napier University and a MA in Counselling and Psychotherapy from ICHAS.

Graham is a person-centred therapist where he works in collaboration with the client. He is also an integrative therapist, where he uses different techniques to suit the client. This ranges from mindfulness, self-regulation techniques to cognitive behavioural therapy. Further, he works with clients who experience sexual difficulties or concerns. Further, he offers therapy to adults in both long term and short term therapy. Graham is pre-accredited with both NAPCP and APCP.

Graham believes that therapy is about the space, the space to talk freely, to be fully heard and to be understood. In this space, the client can discover the solution to their problems. He also believes that a good therapeutic relationship is essential, the importance of trust, confidentiality and being able to get along. He further focuses on the safety of the client and is bound by the ethics of NAPCP and APCP.
