About me:
Graham Daly has completed a B.A. (Hons) in Counselling & Psychotherapy at Cork Institute of Technology, a training which is approved by the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP), of which he is a fully accredited member. With a long-held interest in personal development and a background in mindfulness, Graham’s aim is to meet, respect and support the client while acknowledging and exploring whatever may arise during a session.
Graham has a strong belief in the individual’s own ability to make the desired changes in one’s life when provided with the welcoming, secure space that the therapeutic relationship can offer. Graham combines an integrative, client-centred approach and aspects of mindfulness with a foundation of non-judgemental, empathic understanding in order to promote therapeutic healing and change.
Graham’s humanistic, integrative approach includes Person-Centred Therapy, Gestalt, Family Systems Theory, Transactional Analysis (TA), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Mindfulness.
