Approaches: Analytic Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Functional Analysis Therapy (FAP) and Behavioural Activation (BA) Qualification: Gabriela has been a licensed psychologist and a psychotherapist since 2015 and holds a qualification in Child Behaviour Psychotherapy. Gabriela is a specialist in Analytical Behavioural Therapy for adults and adolescents, and her knowledge and practice includes Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Functional Analysis Therapy (FAP) and Behavioural Activation (BA) techniques. She is a member of the PSI – Psychological Society of Ireland, and has experience with autism and Applied Behaviour Analysis, group work with children in schools, and a Human Resources company.  “Therapy is self-knowledge, it's talking to yourself. Inter-mediating this conversation, is a privilege and an incredible process. In a therapy room the client is the most important, and as a therapist, my job is to guide him. ‘Know all the theories, master all the techniques, but as you touch a human soul be just another human soul.’ Carl Jung”. Gabriela is available for short term and long term work, in English and Portuguese. Gabriela works with adolescents (12 -17 years) and adults (18+). Gabriela works with clients experiencing: depression, anxiety, stress, addictions, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), borderline (and other) personality disorders, eating disorders, relationship issues, and others.
