Elisabeth’s approach is Integrative incorporating Humanistic, CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy), Choice Theory and Solution-Focused models.

Elisabeth is a fully qualified therapist having over twelve years’ experience in the field. As a primarily Rogerian/Humanistic therapist, Elisabeth believes in her client’s ability to work through and come up with their own answers in therapy.
