About me:

Eilís is a qualified counselor and psychotherapist and an Accredited Member of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP) working to their professional and ethical guidelines. She holds an honors degree in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy from IICP College. Her work experience to date includes education and training as well as project management in the voluntary and public sectors. She is now in private practice in Co. Meath and part of the MyMind team of online therapists.

Eilís facilitates a confidential, non-judgemental, safe place to talk about and work together on the things that matter to you. Whether the issues come from your past or present life or your plans for the future, nothing is too big or too small to bring to counseling. Eilís listens carefully to your story to explore what will help you at this time in your life. She works in an integrative manner drawing from Person-Centred Therapy, Choice Theory, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness practices, and various other methods that may be helpful to you.
