About me:

Dee is a pre-accredited member of I.A.H.I.P. and has completed her Masters (Hons) in Humanistic & Integrative Psychotherapy and Post Graduate diploma in Humanistic & Integrative Psychotherapy with the University of Limerick.

Dee uses person-centred, psychodynamic, gestalt and existential modalities within her practice. She works with both long term and short-term clients and is trained in solution focused brief therapy. Dee’s work focuses on discussion and exploration, she uses techniques such as CBT, focusing and mindfulness to empower clients to improve their quality of life by journeying with them helping them clarify their own beliefs, values and priorities.

Dee is a grounded and congruent Psychotherapist whose intention is to always provide a safe environment for her clients to be able to disclose and self-explore. She is a reflective practitioner and values the wholeness of each person, taking into consideration mind, body, feelings and spirit. In her work Dee seeks to nurture the individual’s self, their awareness, creativity, self-expression and intellect which will allow them to fully connect to their core, true self.
