Claudia has years of experience working in psychiatric hospitals, clinical-psychological settings, services for domestic violence, disabilities and addiction.
In her work she integrates various forms of psychotherapy, depending on the client’s needs, but she mainly focuses on a psychoanalytic and cognitive-behavioural approach.
Claudia believes that our experiences in early childhood shape us to who we are today. She believes that through speaking about those experiences in therapy, we can uncover the roots of our current behaviour and are able to show our full potential. Claudia provides clients with a safe, empathic and non-judgmental space and emphasises the clients' strengths.
