About me:

Ciara Healy is currently completing a Master’s in Counselling & Psychotherapy with ICHAS and is a student member of the National Association for Professional Counselling & Psychotherapy (NAPCP). Ciara upholds a high standard of therapeutic practice by attending regular professional supervision. Ciara has also completed a masters in in Social Care and Behaviour Analysis.

Ciara has adopted an integrative approach to psychotherapy, allowing her to adapt her approach to the individual needs of each client within the therapeutic space.
Ciara believes that psychotherapy can really improve and enhance people’s lives by exploring their past and present to gain a better understanding of the decisions that we have made, and challenges faced throughout life to make us the person we are today.

Gaining a better understanding can support people in living a more meaningful lifestyle.

Ciara believes that building a therapeutic space based on empathy, unconditional positive regard, and non-judgement a person can feel safe, supported, respected, and listened to so they can begin to tell their story.
