Brid Ui Mhuiri has completed a Master’s in Cognitive Behavourial Therapy from ICHAS , Limerick and a Diploma in Psychology in Trinity College Dublin (TCD). Brid is also presently completing a Diploma in Psychotherapy and Counseling in the Institute of Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy (IICP). Brid is a retired teacher whose psychological awareness made her realize that the well-being of children was important in order for them to thrive. The same theory applies to adults. Brid believes that through counseling individuals learn to help themselves, thus leading to a better quality of life.
