About me:

Qualification: BA Degree Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy

Approaches: My core approach is based on humanistic & integrative theories but I am further trained in CBT, Logotherapy and Existential Psychotherapy.

Beke is a Pre-accredited with the Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP). She has completed the Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) and several courses in Nonviolent Communication based on Marshall Rosenbergs training.

Beke is available both for short term and long term work and can provide psychotherapy in English and German for individuals over 18.

Beke believes that as a therapist her goal is to support clients to become their own best selves and empower them to be aware of their strength and resources. This gives clients the possibility to overcome current challenges and allows them to live a more fulfilling life.

Beke has been working with clients presenting with issues in regards to:
