Audrey Bourke has completed a MA in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Sept 2018 in the Irish College of Humanities and Applied Science (ICHAS). Prior to this she has completed a MA Sociology (Youth, Community and Social Regeneration) in the University of Limerick and a BA in Public Administration also in the University of Limerick. She has also completed the Safetalk course and Understanding Self Harm, as well as Certificate Level 1 and Level 2 in Couples Counselling.
Audrey has gained experience working in an addiction centre, men and women who are going through separations and divorces, bereavements and loss, working with vulnerable young people and a wide variety of individuals suffering from other mental health issues
Audrey aims to meet, respect and support the client while acknowledging and exploring whatever may arise during a session and work through the issue in a non judgmental safe therapeutic space.
