Anna is a qualified Counselor and Psychotherapist and holds a Degree in Psychology. She is a member of IACP, APCP and CBTI and follows their ethical guidelines. Anna adopts a Humanistic and Integrative approach specialising in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. She uses a flexible and personalised approach to help people make sense of specific and problematic events in their life. Problem-solving and decision-making can be challenging and Anna focuses on empowering people with the skills they need to achieve their goals. She is passionate about languages and culture, is fluent in English, Italian and Spanish, has advanced French. Since childhood she has enjoyed a variety of sports.
