Sarah Regan is a Trainee Counselor & student member of the IACP (The Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy)
In 2010, Sarah completed a Diploma in Psychology from the Dun Laoghaire Centre for Higher Education. In 2015, she began her degree in Counselling & Psychotherapy in Dublin Business School. Sarah follows a client centered humanistic approach to counselling. She provides counselling in a warm, genuine and understanding way, assisting the client in forming a greater understanding of their world and themselves.
Sarah’s aim is to provide a safe space for clients to work through any difficulties or issues they may be experiencing in their everyday lives. Sarah has an interest in body therapy and somatic work. This involves applying focus to the body as well as other techniques that assist the client in their personal development.
